Pay-Per-Mole: Free Set-Up, Results-Based Service

$150 Per Mole Caught, Average Yard Contains 1-3 Moles

For an average yard with a basic mole problem, this is the way to go. We will assign you a trapper and they will assess the yard, set traps as necessary, check back in about a week and at that point we often have the mole(s) caught and your yard is already healing. If there are still moles to catch we will keep trapping until they are gone. If more trapping is necessary in the future your trapper will come back and repeat the process.

People are often worried that we are going to catch a large number of moles and that service will be extremely expensive. Don’t fret! Moles are territorial, not communal. That means that there are not a lot of them hanging out in close proximity. About 90% of the yards we service don’t have more than 1 to 3 moles at one time. Clear Em’ Out: One Trapping Session, Unlimited Moles

If you’re worried about us catching too many moles on the Pay-Per-Mole service, try a Clear Em’ Out trapping session and put your mind at ease! We will come out, inspect the yard, set traps as necessary and proceed to clear the yard of every active mole, week by week. This service is backed by a two week guarantee, meaning that if a mole shows up within two weeks of us finishing the trapping session, we will come back out and catch it at no charge. Control Program: Year-Round Service, Fixed Cost

For the homeowner with a heavy-duty mole problem you might consider just paying by the year and we will come out monthly to inspect the yard and remove moles as necessary. This way you don’t have to worry about identifying mole activity and calling us out, or how many moles we’re going to catch. This is the ultimate way to keep moles from causing extensive damage to your yard by allowing us to stay on top of it year-round. People usually stay inside and aren’t keeping an eye on the yard in winter, but that is a critical time to stay on top of your mole problem because that’s when they breed.
